Useful information
Due to repeated cancelled appointments, which is impacting our ability to treat other patients, we will be charging a cancellation fee if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice. This fee is payable before any other treatment can be provided. Please help us to be able to help other patients by giving us plenty of notice if you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment. We do understand that occasionally you will need to change your appointment.
It is at our discretion whether we charge a 50% deposit for treatment prior to a consultation or surgery.
